With over 25 years of enterprise technology and sales leadership across Oracle, Dell, NetApp, and other industry leaders, Lance brings a strategic mindset and deep operational expertise to real estate and development. His foundation in technology, combined with a passion for helping people navigate one of life's most significant decisions, naturally led him to real estate first at Compass, and now as co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at & Co. Real Estate.
